Privacy

The game (roadvania.tarp.tokyo)

• The location used by "Start where you are" stays on your device and is never sent to a server.
• Your save (last position, home location, settings, fishing log, etc.) is stored only in your browser. Transfer codes include your last position, home location, breadcrumb location and user ID, so do not show them to others.
• Map tiles come from the OpenFreeMap tile server, so the area you view and your connection (IP address) are visible to it.
• Place searches send only your search words, through our server, to the OpenStreetMap search service (Nominatim). Our server keeps results for the same words for 30 days.
• The game server log keeps your IP address, the time, the page opened and your browser type, and is deleted after about two weeks.
• Clearing site data in your browser deletes your save (it cannot be recovered).

This site (roadvania.com) and support

• Support messages (name, email, message and your IP address) are kept to reply and fix problems, and are emailed to the operator. They are not used for anything else or given to third parties.
• The support page uses Cloudflare Turnstile against bots, which sends browser information to Cloudflare.
• This site's server log keeps your IP address, the time, the page opened and your browser type, and is deleted after about two weeks.
• No analytics or advertising is used.
